Having offered administration services for associations since 2004, AdminAssociations offers high quality administrative services to associations and organisations, ensuring the efficient running of the entities and their events.
Since its conception, Admin Associations has developed a wide variety of resources and services that are made available to your organisation. Our specialty is associations; however we can cater for various organisations.

Our Services

Our services will take care all of your administrative needs including:

- General administration of the association or organization
- Organization of meetings and minutes of meetings
- Bookkeeping and where the need arises we refer to our accountants for advice
- Administration of maintenance and cleaning of buildings
- Issuing and following up on calls for quotations
- Filling of forms and registration for licenses and other permits (excluding Planning Authority and MFSA and according to the initial agreement)
- Payments of utilities and of other expenses incurred.
- Apart from the above package services we offer:
- Help and advice in disputes and issues that might arise from time to time
- Project Management for extraordinary works.
